By accessing and using TikTok Clipper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TikTok Clipper is an automated tool that:
- Scans trending videos on YouTube from selected countries (France, USA, United Kingdom)
- Detects highlight moments using AI-based audio and speech analysis
- Cuts short clips in vertical format (9:16) with burned-in subtitles translated to French
- Generates captions and hashtags for each clip
- Publishes clips directly to TikTok via the official TikTok Content Posting API
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The content you choose to publish through the Service
- Ensuring you have the right to use and republish any video content
- Complying with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
- Complying with YouTube's Terms of Service regarding content usage
- Your TikTok account security and API credentials
4. Content and Copyright
Important: You are responsible for ensuring that any content processed and published through this Service does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. The Service generates short clips from YouTube videos — it is your responsibility to ensure you have proper authorization or that the use falls under fair use/fair dealing provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. API Usage
The Service uses the official TikTok Content Posting API. Your use of the Service is also subject to TikTok's Developer Terms and API usage policies. We do not guarantee API availability or uninterrupted service.
6. Data Collection
The Service processes video data locally on your machine. No video content is uploaded to our servers. API credentials (TikTok OAuth tokens) are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or copyright claims.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
